Unfortunately the card did not arrive in time for our son’s 50th birthday which is today the 14th. We have been informed that it will be the 16th now.

Really great to be able to send a personal birthday card as temporarily laid up at home so took all the hassle out of going out to buy a card!

Awful. Sent unprotected, arrived bent and I had to source an alternative card elsewhere. Moonpig customer services very, very unhelpful. Initially they refused to refund the cost of the card. Then they asked for photos which I was happy to provide and offered to the first person I dealt with but ended the chat as I was trying to upload them so I had to start again. They really didn't make things easy and did not seem remotely sorry for wasting my time. Now, despite cancelling my Moonpig Plus subscription and repeatedly unsubscribing from Moonpig emails I am being bombarded so am having to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office about them to try to make it stop. Avoid this company like the plague - they are dreadful. Buy your cards from Thortful instead.
