Absolutely love my wellness journal—it’s been extremely helpful for me to have a space to practice mindfulness throughout my day and I’ve been able to gain insight into my areas of strength/needs by looking at my patterns over time. I specifically love the gentle language and lack of pressure or expectation to complete a certain level of productivity 💕
Came in the worst packaging. Your journal is not protected. There is a dent in my journal when I first got it. Def not worth $70
