We sat in place after our event for 3 hours completely still. Not moving at all. I know you can’t control traffic but it was a bit ridiculous. When I called the 1-800 number to see if something was wrong with the exit, the guy had no idea and his only answer was to call back in 15 minutes. If I had done that, I would have been calling him all night.

We were stuck in the parking garage for 3.5 hours after the event.

Someone hit my back bumper and taillight on my passenger side. The bumper is damaged and scratched and will need to be painted. I was very disappointed by this.

I reserved an online booking for the garage at 310 commerce, nashville tn. My event was over at 1000 p. I reserved parking until 1130 p. I was trapped in this garage until 0150 a, due to traffic. Evidently there were multiple sold out events for this dos. I parked on the 6th floor and my car didn't move and inch for almost 4 hours. Now I'm billed for the extra 2 hrs and 39 minutes for circumstances out of my control and to a credit card that I didn't even give them for this parking date of service. Shame on this company and their employees for recommending to just get a room, this happens all the time they said. BEWARE! Of parking here. You may be stuck there.

Great price and easy in and out!

The location of the parking garage was great until it was time to leave. Yes! My car was safe and secure but We, alongside everyone else who parked here, were stuck in the parking garage for over three hours. Such an inconvenience especially with young children, no bathroom or anything to prepare us to be stuck in the car from 9:30pm to 1:30am. There should be a sign that informs people about the possible delay after major events or a police officer/guard at the entrance helping to direct traffic. To be a paying customer, I have never experienced anything this disastrous.

The parking garage was great, but when we wanted to leave, downtown Nashville was in serious gridlock. We could not get out of the garage. We left our car, walked halfway home, took an Uber, and picked up the car the next morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful in getting us out.

We and the entire parking deck were trapped in the lot for 3 1/2 hours and received no information or assistance from anyone on site. We called the police but there was nothing anyone could do because apparently the streets of Nashville shut down to traffic every Saturday night. No such warning was issued at the time we purchased the pass.

Everything was fine until time to leave. 2 hours and fourty five minutes later we got out.

We attended the Metallica concert on 5/3/25 in Nashville and parked in the 310 Commerce Street parking garage. We got back to our car around 1:00 a.m. We were unable to exit the garage until 2:30 a.m. There was a policeman there to stop traffic so cars could exit, but he was more interested in people watching than doing his job. When big events such as concerts are scheduled, the garage should have their own personnel directing traffic or at least be on site to make sure the assigned police officers are doing their job properly.

It was a bit confusing and annoying to setup the dates and times initially for where and when I wanted them. I discovered out of nowhere that I could set it to a certain event and that got easier. The site found me some fantastic prices on parking for the event and that's why I'm here now. If you can figure it out you can find some deals.

It really sucks trying to get out of this parking garage. Been sitting in the same spot for an hour and a half, which is where I pulled out of my parking spot at. Unreal they can't have someone to help cars get out of the garage and into the road.

Garage was close to the event there was staff at the parking structure when arrived and departure and the price was excellent. Would definitely use again

This is the way to go when visiting downtown Nashville. It wasnt crowed and finding a spot was easy. Getting in and out was smooth sailing.

I was charged 4 times for the same parking spot. When putting in my information, the site would say time out and tell me to try again So I did so, 4 times. Then I put it aside and said I'll try later. When I looked at email, they charged me for all 4 times they told me I was timed out. I emailed the contact given buy have still not heard back for a refund.
Loved it otherwise. Nice to pay ahead and just have your license plate scanned.

Was easy to get in and out of the gate. Getting out of the parking garage for the whole nother story! Just a bad location to have to turn right.
