Thanks for your honest feedback! We’re glad the pens turned out just as you envisioned! We always aim to deliver quality that matches the price, but we understand value means different things to different people. If you ever want to explore more budget-friendly options, our sales team would be happy to help.
Would never buy pens from here again. I asked to return some and they only offered me a pathetic 10% off on my next order. Quality is not good either and the customization option leaves a LOT to be desired. Buy pens from somewhere else.
