The bags are great, unfortunately they didn’t come on time for the event even though I paid for the fastest air shipping. It was a gamble when we ordered them if they would get here in time, we lost that gamble. I’m probably not buying any more until the tariff charge is gone. I didn’t notice it until the next day that an extra 200+ was added for tariffs. Not Pens fault but I’m not paying that much extra next time.

Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are sorry to hear you are not ok with the tariff fee and the shipping time frame. The orders have to go through production and then the shipping will take place. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.
