Latex is a big improvement over typical memory foam. It is more natural feeling. I'm 5'9 190lbs and this is a good fit. If I were much smaller however I might opt for the shorter version.

I have to say that at first, I wasn't sure about the pillow. The reason for that is because for 2 weeks my neck felt better but my back was in pain. Now it feels better. I think it was because I had been using the wrong pillow for so many years that I think once my neck was straight all night my back was no happy about it. All better now.

This pilloo Iis amazing! First pillo I can say really works. I have three herniated disc in my neck. And I don’t wake up in pain in the morning. When I called to order the pillow the doc was so accommodating, he helped me order my pillows. I would highly recommend this pillow to everyone. !!!!
Three weeks since I ordered. Pillo has not arrived but the request for a review has arrived.
I was surprised when I received the pillow as the contents seemed rather insignificant. But lo- when I slept on the pillow- I can honestly say I have never had better sleep EVER. It feels like my head is being cradled at just the perfect height. And even though I primarily sleep on my side, occasionally I'll be on my back and I found that this was accommodating for me in that position as well. I will say, I wish the pillow was more standard in length (it's a little short compared to standard pillows). Overall, really really happy with my purchase and this product!
The product itself is good quality. I ordered a medium and it's too hard for me. I spent a considerable amount of money and can't use it.

My wife and I have purchased 5 pillo1’s over the year’s- I will never buy any other brand pillow. 💯 % the best ever made
Before I discovered this pillow I couldn't get comfortable with other ones. It took a little adjustment as it keeps my neck in line but after the break in period it works great. I love latex. I sleep on latex too.
I bought Pillo1 over ten years ago. It was the best pillow I've ever had. Recently purchased a new one due to the old one starting to smell funny. The new pillow seems softer and not as thick. It is still better than other pillows, but for the money, I was hoping to get the same product.
world's best side sleeping pillow. I had a foraminotomy 10 years ago and this is the only pillow that allows me to comfortably sleep on my side, without neck/shoulder impingement. It goes with me everywhere!!

I wasn’t sure I would like this but recently was diagnosed with sleep apnoea and I had to change my pillow. This pillow is perfect and easy to get used to.
