I made a purchase, and after a month and a half, they claimed my order had been delivered—but it was all a scam. I never received it. They never answered my emails, and the tracking information is fake. Don't buy from them!

Order placed and never received. I contacted their customer service and I was advised to contact the carrier :) I mean I would if I only knew who the carrier was and told then that they should tell me who the carrier was. Complete and utter SCAM !!! DO NOT USE !!!

Scam site, goods never received, fake tracking number, helpful advice emails to ‘check with neighbours & local community’ someone may have picked up for me etc. Bogus - AVOID!!

They are a fraud, scamming company from Hongkong. FLAT/RM 602 6/F Kai Yue Commercial Building NO 2C, Argyle Street, Mongkok KL. Bought from Pinterest site. On the information on their store site it says Hongkong Kate Limited; Store. Like the others they kept saying it was delivered but changing what date it was delivered. It said their carrier delivered it but a local carrier would deliver. Kept asking who and they finally said FedEx but no tracking number. Said they can't check without a number. They said check around your neighborhood to see if it was delivered somewhere else. Just kept stalling. Finally, this morning they emailed me and said it was delivered and must have been stolen which they aren't responsible for. Said they could refund me 30% but I know that's only more Bull. Does anyone know how I can report this to Pinterest, so they know, I bought this because it was on Pinterest and thought they were a legitimate company, but won't trust that again.

Numéro de suivi complètement bidon, transporteur chinois dont le site ne fonctionne pas.
Ils m’ont donné le nom de FedEx pour le transporteur français après de nombreux mails envoyés de ma part, mais impossible d'obtenir le numéro de suivi FedEx.
La commande est bien confirmée et le règlement débité mais je pense que la marchandise n'a jamais été envoyé et qu'elle n'existe pas.
A FUIRE !!!!

ho ordinato dei fiori giganteschi per un evento ma dopo un mese non ho avuto che un TRACCIAMENTO FALSO della spedizione mai arrivata. Ho contattato almeno con dieci email la referente commerciale, una certa REBECCA WALCKER, ma sempre vaga e dicendo che aio dovevo fornire prove della non avvenuta consegna dello spedizioniere (che hanno scelto loro e che io certo non ho idea chi sia 🤬)
Insomma NON ACQUISTATE PERCHÉ SINO DEI SITI TRUFFA VERGIGNOSI

Stay away from this platform. Clear fraud!!! The ordered goods will not be shipped. There is no shipping confirmation and the goods do not arrive..

This site is a total fake. They have no flowers at all. They copied another website and just collect your money. There is really no shipping. They stall with the fake delivery tracking so it’s harder to dispute the charges with your bank. It’s a full scam and Pinterest should not even allow this on their site but they do and say it’s not their problem.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I only gave a one star because I had to select something to write the review. I ordered large artificial flowers for my daughter’s wedding shower over 6 weeks ago. I was sent a ‘delivered successfully’ notification weeks ago yet no confirmation of which delivery company or proof of delivery. The customer service (online agent) keeps saying they delivered to the address I gave and someone must have stolen my items.. I’ve asked for a full refund and they said they are not responsible for stolen items on my property. I’ve been offered a ‘30%’ refund for my inconvenience but have not seen any attempt to actually refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I don’t think they are actually real. Very disappointing as I wanted the product I ordered.

I placed an order May 23rd. I tracked the products thru website . The website uses a fraudulent tracking system and it looks like your package is moving . However , it never arrives . I emailed them to ask for US tracking number and updated U.S. courier no response . I also informed them I have cameras . They never responded.

Pagué por el producto y después de 2 meses no lo recibí. Me puse en contacto y me dijeron que fue entregado, pero no me enviaron ninguna prueba de que lo recibí. Solicito la cancelación y me dicen que me van a reembolsar el 30% como forma de ayuda (¿ayuda de qué???)

Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero completo o el documento de entrega (porque el rastreador pasado por ellos no existe en el sitio web oficial del transportista que informaron)

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from them. I purchased large flowers for a photo op for Mother's Day. I paid almost $100 for the flowers. I ordered them the first week of April. They never came. They wouldn't respond to my emails. Forget a refund! They sent me an email that said they were delivered. They told me it would be shipped by DHL or UPS, or FedEx. I contacted all of these companies and they said they didn't have anything and they had never heard of the company. BEWARE

Auf mehrmaliger Nachfrage per Mail sollte ich beim Zustelldienst nachfragen, aber mit gefälschter Tracking Nr.leider schwierig....
Einfach nur Betrug!!!!

Tal como os avisei ia procurar todos os meios para os difamar e assim vou fazer. E vou a pinterest instagram, Facebook e qualquer outra rede social que exista. Comprei uma.boneca no inicio de maio para oferecer a minha filha no aniversário, e hoje dia 26 ando a enviar email para esta m**** de site e ninguém me responde. Tentei falar com a transportadora, pedem me para pagar para continuar a resolver o meu problema... pelo nome só mesmo indianos de certeza... e este tipo de pessoas que fazem com que outras tenham ódio neles... cambada de ladrões, que se engasguem e depois vomitem e voltem a comer o que vomitaram para se voltarem a engasgar... não vos desejo saúde nenhuma...

I rate one star because it's not possible to rate NO stars.
I ordered, got a tracking number, it said the parcel arrived in town and the progress bar was to an end. it also wrote "in transit". I wrote mails to get info but got no answer. clearly got no items delivered and got in touch with my bank for refund but have no protection when paying with applepay. bank says if I would have paid by credit card I could have a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Scam Alert!!!!‼️ Like everyone else says…they send fake tracking information and say it was delivered but it never was. Then, a customer service agent named Rebecca responds daily with zero information and no resolution. Do NOT order from this company ever

ENTREPRISE EFFECTIVEMENT FRAUDULEUSE (peu apparaître aussi sous silviicia) dont les coordonnées paraissent être à Honk-Kong : email envoyé avec réception de leur part, mais aucune réponse - J'ai suspendu la transaction pour un "baby reborn" que j'estimais peu cher, vu le lieu de création... après avoir néanmoins contrôlé leur soi-disant bonne foi sur internet - Et ma carte de crédit a été bloquée par sécurité.
