We were in the Belfast store yesterday , weren't even sofa shopping but were in the back ground thinking of couches for our new build , we were browsing upstairs and were approached very softly by a girl named Amy, asked if we needed anything she was around if needed , lovely experience wasn't in our faces just let us looked and was there if we needed help , we actually ended up buying our pieces with Amy, who was extremely pleasant and totally helpful to us before and after our purchases , we can't thank her enough for allowing us to take a look around and when ready was there to give advice , she went out of her way to help us and inform us of all the prices and offers ❤️ thank u

Last Sunday, my son and I visited the Sofology store in Belfast to look for my dream sofa for my new apartment. When I found the one I loved, our Sales Advisor was Barry, and from that moment, the experience was exceptional.

Barry was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What really stood out was how attentive he was. In many furniture stores, you struggle to find someone when you need assistance, but Barry was always available and happy to help, not just with us, but with other customers too. He made the whole experience relaxed and completely stress-free.

It was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a sofa and want excellent customer service, I would highly recommend visiting the Sofology Belfast store and asking for Barry!

We Dealt with Barry and he had the patience of a saint with us !! Nothing was a hassle to him. He sent emails with measurements after our visit and chatted us over the phone answering all our questions !!

Staff very helpfull & knowledgeable about the products. Always around to answer questions and advise us, but never felt overwhelmed with them.

I can't speak highly enough of the Sofology store on the Boucher Road. The entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic.
Salma was there to greet us , leaving us to browse in the knowledge she was there to help when we needed it. The store is inviting, well maintained and clearly well managed.
When we met back up with Salma she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and was very patient answering all our questions. She guided us through our decision making process ensuring that the whole sales experience was very easy and enjoyable.
I can't emphasise enough what a pleasure it was to interact with Salma during our two visits. Thank you.
