I had such a fantastic experience at Sofology today, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough — especially thanks to Maz, who made the whole process so easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, Maz made us feel completely comfortable and welcome. He took his time to explain everything step by step, never rushed us, and answered all of our questions with so much patience and knowledge. Choosing a sofa can feel overwhelming, but Maz made it feel effortless. He really listened to what we wanted and helped guide us towards the perfect sofa for our home.
What really stood out was how friendly and genuinely kind he was. He wasn’t just doing his job — he made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed, and even fun. We truly enjoyed his company and felt confident and happy with our decision because of the way he explained every detail so clearly.

We had a great experience in Sofology for the first time today. We were welcomed and looked after by Sayed, who was able to assist us with our purchase of two sofas. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show us different materials and customisations to help with our final purchase, and was extremely friendly. Very happy.

I was.lucky enough to encounter Maz, a salesman in your Branch who was able to assist me in finding sofas that would fit into my marionette, and was.ideal for my short stature and neck problems. Maz was also. Very patient while I took time to make my decision plus what fabric. I was very impressed with his patient, friendly approach plus his input as to what might be the best option to suit my needs.

Mas was extremely helpful, he was extremely patient allowed me to take time in my decision in what choices I wanted. He didn't ever make me feel like I was taking too long or pressurised me into making a decision. Saj was amazing, I came to view the sofas a couple days before placing my order and his knowledge of the ranges, fillings was superb. His patience also of showing me the different ranges and testing the different fillings really helped me decide which I was going to purchase.

As far as the experience being shown the furniture by mas, I couldn't rate the experience highly enough.
Mas had a real indepth knowledge of the product, from build to care, types of leather used and its aftercare.

I received fantastic customer service from Kushi at the Camp Hill store, Kushi made the purchase a smooth transaction & explained details quite well. Even when I returned the next day due to a amendment to the colour of the sofa, Kushi & her colleague assisted me with great understanding & care even when the IT system wasn't allowing them to make the changes there & then, they advised they would manually make this change via head office & assured me that an email with the update will be sent today. I received the update in my purchase within half hour. I can't thank Kushi enough, lovely lady & excellent customer service.

Great experience in store today as always. I had a shortlist of recliners and the sales rep listened to what I was after and then customised the sofa to fit my space.

I am having a horrible nightmare experience with sofology. I placed order 13 weeks ago and my order isn’t delivered. After multiple follow ups delivery was scheduled but still it din’t happen. Horrible customer service support with people working there no idea about the status of order or why the delivery was cancelled. With this even after 14 weeks I have got no reply for delivery failure or the status of the order. Shame on these guys for giving false promise before ordering that it will be delivered in 6 weeks. Don’t believe them. After you order nobody cares to even update you the status of your order.

We visited a number of sofa stores, but Sofology had by far the most helpful staff. Both Saj and Kushi were excellent and very helpful. They were able to give us plenty of time and ideas and able to answer our questions fully, hence we ended up buying our sofa from them!
