My sofa from sofology doesn’t have all the features that I requested. When I called sofology to tell them they said the employee at sofology didn’t put that feature in, when I asked them to change it they said no. Sofology sofa are not tailored to the customer as they advertise it’s tailored to there workers capability it’s a gamble on who you get

The £4000 worth sofa set arrived today. When they were unpacked by the delivery guys, the three seat settee had stains; which they tried to remove using our paid for cleaning stuff. Their job is to deliver and not to try to remove factory stains. They took photos of the two very dark stains. When they left we stated inspecting the two arm chairs, both chairs were stained in various places and one even had been rubbed to remove a stain. We cannot understand why furniture worth £4000 could have been delivered in such a poor state. Quality control completely lacking. Since it's is Sunday, no customer service, so have to wait till tomorrow. We have in the past purchased all our fur from Cousins, and never had a single issue. This is our first purchase from Sofology since the settee was exactly what we wanted and the sales staff were very helpful.

Having visited a few times trying to get a new suite, I had a general idea what I wanted, but Saj took time to show me all the options and explained all the choices to me. Other staff also helped a lot when I visited on different occasions, and although it appeared I could order online, I was so happy I went back in to see Saj who went over and above to ensure I had a really good experience. I am really happy with my final product.

I placed an order through Sofology.co.uk (Birmingham branch) with a confirmed delivery date of 1st April. It’s now late May, and I’m still sitting in a sofa-less house — with zero idea when my order will actually arrive.
Every time I contact their so-called customer service team, they give me a new “tentative” delivery date, which is completely made up. That date comes and goes, I chase again, and the cycle repeats. It’s clear they have no control over their logistics and even less interest in keeping customers informed.
I’ve spent a significant amount of money on these sofas, and yet I’ve been treated with utter disregard. No proper explanation, no accountability, no compensation — just false promises and robotic apologies.
If you’re thinking of ordering from Sofology, don’t.
You’ll be paying a premium for sofas that may never arrive, while being passed from one unhelpful rep to another. There are plenty of better retailers out there — avoid this company unless you enjoy being left in limbo for months.
