The overall experience in choosing a sofa was made easier with your member of staff called Sid. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product , explained about all the different materials and finishes on the suites . Gave a good input into helping us choose, without being pushy , his opinion was genuine. Thankyou for making it a pleasurable experience and looking forward to our new suite when it arrives.

I went to Sofology maybe 3 or 4 times over a few weeks to view the sofa I eventually chose. Michael was on hand to explain all the different options and answer any questions without any pressure.

The advisor was wonderful didn’t hound introduced himself to us then just us let us look round then was available when we wanted to order he helped us choose the right colour by showing us what colours were on display perfect service
