Had been shopping for a new sofa and hadn’t had any luck, plus often found the sales advisors pushy. Went into sofology in Bristol and served by Mat Smith. What a difference it can make having the right person! He let us browse and gave us the time and space we needed to find what we were looking for, that when we were done, we went looking for him as he gave us a great energy. The process after was then made so easy, helping us choose the colour and features we wanted, without being too pushy. It felt more of a relaxing experience and we left feeling great! The sofas are displayed so lovely as well, the smell of the showroom also added to the atmosphere! Thank you for making our experience so lovely, we are excited to receive our new sofa set!

Being left to browse on our own without any hard selling was really good, and when we asked for help and advice Nicola was able to give it immediately and helpfully. We enjoyed our experience of shopping at sofology today.

We visited the Cribbs Causeway store today and were warmly welcomed by Joy. We happily browsed the store and a couple of different team members checked that we were ok. We chatted with Joy the manager, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she answered a number of questions we had. At no point did we feel pressured but we knew help was at hand if we needed it.
We left to have a think and returned to the store where Joy welcomed us once more and offered us a hot drink whilst we considered fabric choices. Joy also supported us in our decision making by showing us colour options and providing samples. When we were ready to place our order Kayleigh took us through everything, was clear about our choices and all we needed to know.
We left very happy with our decision and the customer service we received was excellent.

I visited the store three times trying to make a decision and was served by the lovely Kayleigh. She made the process very easy and is very knowledgeable about the products. Choosing a sofa is such a big deal, but Kayleigh helped in every step of the way, with measurements and showing me all my options.

We bought a corner sofa last year from sofology and were very happy with it however on tuesday the electric recliner ceased to work and was stuck in the reclined position when I phoned sofology they said it could be the buttons or the motor they said the buttons were in stock but not the motor when she checked we have to wait 3 months for the part this is absolutely diabolical there are 4 of us in the household and we can only use 1 seat sofology have said there's nothing they can do apart from order the part the part will be delivered to us then we have to ring sofology and book a technician to come out and fit it have you ever heard such crap in all your life will never use them again and would advise others not to use either there customer care is awful as the sofa is all still under warranty it seems they own no responsibility and has passed it onto other companies absolutely fuming

After seeing a glimpse of my colour scheme, kitchen and other furniture, your salesperson went away and within a few minutes had created a mood board with all the items including the sofa I was considering. This was an amazingly helpful (and thoughtful) thing to do to help me come to a decision!
