Great customer service, the deputy manager spent time making sure that I got exactly what I wanted.

We had decided what we wanted to purchase and with helpful advice from Lola and thoughtful consideration regarding our dog she suggested the care kit plus sofashield. We have ordered to Gracie recliners for our living room.

Perfect recliner chairs with perfect sales experience. Dawn was great explaining all the options and helping us choose the best ones for us . She was very knowledgeable and patient and we are very happy with our choice.

New Year... New Sofa
We went to a lot of shops during the Christmas to New year break looking for a new sofa.
We found what we were looking for at Sofology in Cheltenham.
It is very easy to say, ALL the staff were extremely cheerful and chatty. The feeling of 'welcome' into the store was instant.
Scott only came over to us when we we asked for assistance, in our humble opinion, the best way for sales teams to act, and he asnwered all our questions with confidence and clarity. Never, at any time did we feel pressured into making our purchase.
Our choice to buy the sofa was made three days after the initial visit and we now await it's arrival.
We would highly recommend shopping at Sofology, especially at Cheltenham, simply because ALL the staff made you feel welcome.

Lola in the Cheltenham branch was so helpful and kind and really easy to talk to, she gave us time to look and had excellent knowledge of all furniture we asked her about. She made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. An EXCELLENT employee!

We spoke to James initially and once we had decided to purchase Toby assisted us. Both were informative and very helpful, not at all pushy but available if needed.

Lola was fantastic, very helpful and shared some great advice. Nothing was too much trouble, there was an IT glitch but she followed up the next day to confirm our order and ensure we were satisfied.

Liam’s level of Customer Service was excellent in that he provided a thorough and detailed explanation of the furniture we wished to purchase. We subsequently made the purchase. It goes without saying that we will be recommending the store to other potential customers.

There was a good selection of different sofas and chairs . Also lots of choice of different materials and colours.
The service was excellent and I did t feel pressured or hurried. Everything was explained fully.
Overall a pleasant experience

The gentleman that served us was very helpful without being pushy. We brought my sister who has Down Syndrome and he actually spoke to her and included her which a lot of people don’t do. A big thank you from us all .

I was served by a lovely young lady called Lola , she was attentive and helped me choose what was right for me , I am super happy and excited to receive my new sofas !

The assistant manager was very charming and helpful and explained everything very well. The female sales assistant was also very attentive but not pushy. A really nice experience.

Lola, the young lady that helped me choose the right sofa for my needs, showed me the additional facilities on the sofa that I chose, but had not noticed. She also explained the other services that were available, without any pressure to buy.
I left the store satisfied that I had made the right choice and I was grateful for her help and advice.
