It was a great experience made even better with Tracey at the Doncaster branch very welcoming and informative and if she didn’t know she went out of her way to find out the answer for me needless to say we purchased a sofa and we look forward to it arriving in a few weeks time

There was no pushy sales people. They let us browse and just came over when we needed help

Gary was so informative and helpful. Comprehensive explanation of the purchase options, care routine and insurance was exemplary. So pleased we came back into store to order to fully appreciate the accurate covering colour options (they look completely different on the PC screen) and technical details.

Aaron was very helpful and made us very comfortable, even made us a Brilliant cuppa!

I had viewed the Adler furniture online and decided it's what I wanted for my new home, but wanted to look at it in store, so I popped along to the Doncaster store. I met Gary who showed me the furniture and it was absolutely georgous. I mentioned to Gary what I was looking for and the colour. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable so I came home and measured my floor area. I have today 7th January just spoken to Gary and placed my order. Thank you Gary for all your help, greatly appreciated.

I went into the store and was greeted by a guy who asked if I need help, I said no and just want to browse. I then saw a lady called Charlene who was extremely helpful when I asked for help, I explained what I wanted briefly and she shown me the perfect sofa that I had been looking for. She was really helpful with measurements and what would fit. There wasn’t any pressure whatsoever. I said I would think about and return after the new year to which I did on the 03/01/2026 and again Charlene was amazing!

We called in last week and met Aaron at the Doncaster store and he was great, we’d just been to a competitor and had all the usual sales pressure of the sale might end, delivery times might go up etc, Aaron did none of that and it was honestly so refreshing! He spent time showing us what we were looking for, giving us the different costs and emailing them over, he followed up as promised with some measurements and replied when I’d queried some sizes. We haven’t ended up buying the sofa but that’s purely down to the colour not quite being right for us, so I just wanted to make sure Aaron got the recognition he deserves. Thank you Aaron!

Went to sofology in Doncaster to choose our ideal sofa package . Shaun a member of the team approached and guided us into the right direction. Gave us all the information we needed . Shaun was very supportive, even offered us a coffee while we sat on the sofa in the shop to make sure it was the right choice .
We are looking forward to our new sofa package when it arrives around 12 weeks .
