The welcome to the store, when we had chosen our sofa the information that we got, there was no pressure to make a purchase, the person that looked after us was first class

We have waited 19/20 weeks and still no sign of our sofas only one phone call from your team . After my phone call today im still no better off in knowing when our sofas will be delivered its nearly Christmas and we ordered our sofas and paid in full but cannot even track our sofas .
I got an email on the 28th Nov stating you have our order and we're on it .
What does that mean ?
Does that mean your team has only just ordered it after all these weeks.
I was promised my sofas woukd be in my home within 11/12weeks if not before .
Mmmm where are they because I've not got them and I cannot track them.
I'm deeply upset as we have paid out £3500.00 for nothing as we don't have anything uo show for it except sorry 4times
And sorry its the time of year.
Rubbish we ordered our sofas in the summer. Our very first expensive sofa paid in full.

Great experience in the shop today, all staff were very welcoming and gave us space to look around before we made a decision. Gary helped with our purchase and was very down to earth and friendly - would recommend this branch.

Had nipped into the store as a way of spending a rainy Saturday afternoon; intention being to check out sofas & fabrics that I’d shortlisted online, as well as getting some more info on Lifestyle fabrics. Was really impressed with the range of sofas in-store, and completely fell in love with a sofa which - online - I’d dismissed as ‘ugly’. Ended up ordering said sofa, and in a configuration that we’d not previously considered. Staff were friendly without being all over you like a plague of locusts, and very helpful in advising us re right fabric choice for our household and preferences. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Hopefully that will also be reflected in manufacture and delivery.

We’ve had 2 separate visits to sofology and both staff have been amazing at working with our budget and measurements as we’ve had to have a sofa made into a 4 seater and trying to figure out the cheapest way to build it for us . Both Gary and Tracy was superb and had patience to sit and work this out for us.
