Met at the door as we entered and warmly greeted. Given time to browse on our own and staff always available to help and answer questions. Lots of choice and variety. Excellent support when buying our sofas.

Visited various similar companys but the choice was bigger and more varied at Sofology.
Also the service from our sales assistant Matt Reed was second to none, he helped face to face and also comunicated in a timely manner through email after we had left and had further questions

We’ve been looking for ages for sofas to fit our needs and finally today at Sofology Cambuslang we bought exactly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed chatting with Matt who was really friendly and knowledgeable, he made our visit to store a really lovely shopping experience.

Leanne was very professional explained everything to me never felt as if I was put under pressure to buy and assisted me with what I was looking for. Very polite and well mannered individual. For my first time in this shop I was extremely impressed.

Sofology was recommended to us by a very experienced upholsterer and he was right. We wanted a leather sofa and the quality is superior to all the other companies we tried.
The experience in store was really good. The salesperson who advised us (Desmond), was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and gave honest answers to every question we asked. He was extremely attentive and helpful. We felt supported in checking details and making a final decision on our purchase. Thank you.

Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful when it came to finding what I wanted. He completely deconstructed and reconstructed the sofa I chose to show me what it would look like in my home, went through fabrics and later sent comparison pictures to reassure me about the colour of the cushions. The advice given regarding how to take care of the sofa and the ins and outs of the insurance was equally super helpful. I’d recommend Sofology to anyone based on my experience, thank you to Matthew! A perfect example of great customer service😊

Easy going atmosphere,pleasant sales staff and layout easy to get around.
This was my second visit to buy a suite I had previously viewed [Arlene was sales assistant on my first visit and Matt was today's assistant]

A very helpful and proactive approach by your staff when we visited the Glasgow Store. The salesperson (Matthew), approached us as we walked in the door. He was extremely helpful and advised us how best to test the wide range of options available, material types, filling types etc. Importantly he was not the least but pushy - it was clearly more important to ensure the right choice, understand options and extras before committing to purchase, especially as we narrowed our selection down to two possible options.
The only observation might be to increase the range of material options ( and colours), as not all materials were available for all models.

Will never use this company again less than 9 weeks old sofa £3,500 paid and badly bobbles phone up to be told we will send a technician which they do who advises not a manufacturer default. Spoke to (lack) of customer service who basically state not a default not their problem buy a de bobbler that they will not provide either despite the cost paid for sofa. No advice given at point of sale regarding this type of maintenance required, despite asking sales representatives about sofa maintenance. Raised a complaint to the be told yet again not a default not their problem they don’t have to advise it may bobble and they don’t provide de bobbler and that even their own technicians have to buy their own equipment to sort things like that. Agent tried to state even if it was leather they don’t have to advise it may fade which is nonsense as they can’t wait to sell you extra packages to take care of the leather.
