Good experience when ordering my pink velvet 2 seater sofa!

Great showroom and really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Liked it was very relaxed with no pressure put on me. Fantastic customer service and the guy that assisted me was very helpful.

Richard was very good in explaining the options to me and take me through the differences between different sofas.

Great service from Polly who was so knowledgeable about all your sofas that she was able to take us straight to a sofa that perfectly fitted our restrictive room dimensions. She gave us advice on which extras to include and made the process simple and professional.
Overall the quality of service and products were a step above other furniture stores we’d visited.

We were greeted by Drew , straight away we were impressed by his manner , he wasn't pushy he made us feel at ease. He was very helpful ,knowledgeable & never once did we feel under pressure.

Very helpful sales assistant , told her our requirements , 1 st sofa she suggested was perfect. Found showroom spacious , (wheelchair user), well laid out, only issue I had , when showing us final price included additional warrantee, understand delivery is added on, but think additional warrantee should have been discussed & offered, rather than in final price . In the end did go for it, but feel when different options like leather is available , so price isn’t always what’s on sofa, some people may pay for warrantee without realising .

James at the Brighton store was very helpful and patient. We made 3 visits before deciding on which sofa to go for.
Very happy with the advice and eventual choice.

We was not approached straight away, was able to indulge and take in the experience in our own time.

Excellent quality and delivery within 7 weeks

Very helpful member of staff narrowed down the sort and size of furniture we required. Able to use some interest credit to spread the cost.

The price of the product I bought was the main factor.
The staff in the Hove store were very pleasant and could answer all of our questions

We visited the showroom twice and found the incredibly helpful with advice and also gave us space to wander around with no pressure to really take in our options. Special mention to Karl who was a great salesman - full of advice, suggestions and guidance based on our requirements. Once we decided what we wanted, we were walked through every stage of the process post sale, job well done and we can’t wait to receive our new furniture.
