Very good service from Caroline at Maidstone branch, helpful, friendly and very non pushy.

Emma was very helpful and informative too. My only concern was how many times some of what she was saying was repeated 3 or 4 times, made the experience drawn out.

Greeted with courtesy and politeness. Every step of the selection and ordering process was explained fully. We were not rushed into decisions. Prices were openly discussed.

A young man, Jamie, assisted us today. He was very helpful without putting pressure on us. Listened to what we were looking for which resulted in us purchasing a beautiful sofa.
