The lady that helped me with my sofa and chair, was very helpful and professional. Explaining the different fabrics and colors which I could have them in, also delivery of 7 week that I thought was very reasonable would highly recommend using Sofology

Good range of sofas at a competitive price. Mark the Sales Assistant in store was friendly, polite and professional and helped us to arrive at the right choice of sofa.

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady that helped with our purchase. Visited the store a couple of times and Stef Bowie was extremely helpful. Very friendly and made our experience so much easier.

Traveled to the Silverlink branch where we were greeted by Liby the sales girl who was very professional. We had an idea of which sofa we wanted. We tried it out and decided that's the one we would buy, but we forgot to bring our fabric to make sure the colour was ok. So we will call back on Monday. No problem she said, I have all the details we need to complete your order. We went back on the Monday and was greeted again by Liby with a lovely smile. We completed the order. This girl deserves a bonus 👏.

The service here was second to none. We had looked in other similar stores and felt pressured but at sofaology we felt supported, no pressure to buy but the staff were so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect combination for us. Would recommend to everyone

Absolutely in love with our new sofas(The Fitzrovia matt velvet wine)♥️ My experience was very positive, lady that was helping me, was very polite and friendly. She even offered us something to drink. Sofas are amazing quality, very sturdy, and look so elegant. It is our second purchase from Sofology and we are really happy😊

Went in, the young lady was brilliant her name was Libby I think, never pushy just let me look about, customer service was excellent, 2nd sofa I’ve purchased fro you, won’t go anywhere else from now on, told me what I was paying for, couldn’t be more than happy
