Famida greeted us nicely when we first entered the shop and gave us space to look at the various sofas. On our return a short while later after looking at other retailers nearby she was there to answer questions and give us all the information we needed on the sofa we were interested in and all the options available to us in a friendly and welcoming manner, she was very proactive in offering additional services available which we were happy to take up. In addition she was very thoughtful to offer us refreshments early on in our conversation about the item we were interested in, she is a credit to the company and definitely an employee to look after.

The staff member that dealt with us remembers us each time we visit the store and greets and makes our shopping experience most enjoyable!

We've never had anything but a great experience, and always come away with a purchase.
Shout out too to the delivery team who have been brilliant in the past and we look forward to our new sofas in December.

I had a great experience from start to finish, Sai introduced herself when I arrived but didn’t feel pressured when I walked around I tried many different sofas and when I was comfortable Sai came across and provided lots of help and guidance. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction seamless to the end. Fantastic customer service and highly recommended.

Jamie was very helpful when we made our first visit to Sofology looking for replacements for our two sofas. He was courteous but also gave us our own space to look around. When we had questions he was on hand to help us make our decision.

Really happy. Sai was excellent and very patient with us and offered great advice like moving cushions into ambient lighting at the front of the store to understand how colours would appear different.

We entered the Peterborough branch quite late on a Sunday afternoon 16:30 just to look for a new sofa. Sai attended to our every need and explained many options after giving our requirement's. Very knowledgable on the companies range and configurations. The store closed at 5 but we were there until past 5:30pm and Sai was only too please to make sure we understood our purchase and payment.
