Sofology - Stockport Reviews 

Everything went smoothly whilst ordering our new sofas. We had time to decide what we wanted and all of the questions that we had we answered.

We have been waiting for a delivery for nearly 10 weeks on a sofa that was no more than 5 weeks delivery when in store

Trying to get to someone for an answer is almost impossible

The standard answer is someone will get back to you in 72 hours

The young man was very good today and extremely helpful thank you

How I go into this store and come out empty handed is an utter miracle…
Popped in today to see the fabulous Paris ,, and another lovely lady..
The furniture in here is absolutely stunning ,, staff are wonderful, especially Paris ,,, would highly recommend this store if you want an exquisite sofa , the choice is amazing…
Next time I go I will be looking for a coffee machine….

From the moment we walked through the door the staff was on hand to help us with our needs. I found it completely comfortable the the staff wasn’t pushy or in your face, just there for advice when needed

Didn’t pester and helpful

Jeremy at Sofology was such a fantastic help today. We went in to look around to try and work out the sofa that was best for my back problems and thanks to Jeremy we were able to find exactly what we needed on the day and went home happy with a new sofa on the way! Thank you!

Sales assistant Paris took us through the selection and ordering process and her extensive knowledge of available products made the experience simple and pleasurable....a positive shopping experience

After 1st choosing one then realising we hadn’t measured the space correctly (Electric and Gas Meter box built in🤦🏼‍♀️) we had to go back to the store to choose a different one Gemma our sales assistant was absolutely 100% professional so much help and knowledge also so very patient.

Paris was absolutely lovely from start to finish! She was so helpful, patient, and had us laughing the whole time, such a refreshing and genuine person to deal with. She really knew her stuff and made choosing our sofa super easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Thanks, Paris, for turning what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a fun experience. There was Asian gentleman who also helped out and was very helpful and patient with us! In August, my partner and I visited Sofology while furnishing our first home and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning variety of sofas on offer. The range of styles, fabrics, sizes and materials was truly impressive.

We were lucky enough to be helped by the wonderful Maria, who made the entire process feel like a luxury experience. She was warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping us find the perfect sofa. She took the time to walk us through every option, explained the differences in build quality and even showed us the cushion interiors, something no other store had done. It was clear exactly where your money goes and the quality stood out miles above the competition.

Although the sofa we chose had a slightly longer lead time (which Maria explained from the start), it was absolutely worth the wait. Throughout the process, we felt fully informed and supported. Maria sat with us to customise every detail of our sofa to suit our home and also gave us excellent advice on how to care for and protect it long-term.

To top it all off, our delivery came earlier than expected! The delivery team were just as lovely, professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their service.

In short, we couldn’t be happier. Maria is a true asset to Sofology and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. If you're looking for quality, care and service that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Sofology!
