We were left to browse on our own and were not hassled by staff. Chris introduced himself when we arrived at the store and said if we needed help just to let him know. We spent nearly 2 hours testing out lots of sofas and finally decided on one.

Attentive service from Nadine,informative,helpful but not pushy!!

Very helpful assistant who showed colours and fabrics for mismatched chair and sofa we wanted.

Nadine& James went above & beyond, making sure all measurements were correct before committing to a purchase, practically taking the sofa & shop to bits to make sure we were happy,can not fault there level of service.Keep up the fantastic work & service you do.😊

After a LONG, boring search having sat in approx 4738383 sofas in various shops, I don’t know why I didn’t just go with Sofology in the first place. The staff were BRILLIANT. Knowledgeable but also left me alone to do what I needed until I was ready. I found the sofa I wanted finally and when I came back was ready to finally have a sofa and not have to sofa shop again for a long time. Chris Harper-Barrett was ace. Knowledgeable, friendly, gave great advice, wasn’t a pushy salesman and just made the whole experience so easy. I took my friend shopping with me and she’s already said when she gets her new sofa this year, it’s where she’ll be coming too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from both Chris and Nadine. Very helpful and knowledgable, was not rushed at all, even though it was closing time for the store.

I was interested in buying a particular sofa bed which was not in store but very helpful staff(Chris) demonstrated a similar one, so I could see how easy the mechanism was to operate. I could also sit on a sofa for the same range and choose a colour and seating options.The whole process to purchase was simple and well explained. I look forward to getting my new sofa bed soon

Great service and knowledgeable

Left to browse but when you needed the staff they were on hand. So helpful and knowledgeable. We dealt with Gemma and Tim, both of which were fab. It took a while to find what we wanted but they respected this and allowed the time without pressure.
