Andy is very good, friendly and efficient. He explained everything, taking great care in making sure I understood what he was saying. His examination was very thorough, and he explained the results and made sure I understood, but was never patronising which at my age (90) can so easily happen. He went through my options and at no time did I ever feel pressured to make a decision regarding keeping my current aids or getting newer ones.

Always excellent service since I first used Sound Advice years ago. Both receptionists and Audiologists are welcoming and friendly putting you at ease from first contact. I was prescribed Widex hearing aids, first for the right ear and a few years later for the left ear and they have done excellent service. Over the years my hearing has changed and both aids were no longer adequate for my needs. I was given my annual hearing test and advised on new Widex hearing aids, more "techy" but what a difference they have made and they can be controlled from my mobile 'phone as well. Who'd have thought that! The Audiologist explained all the options in detail and answered my questions sympathetically. Great service from real professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Sound Advice if they have a concern about their hearing.

A warm welcome in the reception. I didn’t have to wait and met the audiologist Simon, immediately, who put me at ease. After the test, Simon said I would benefit with wearing hearing aids. What a shock (!) I think I’m still in shock! The test is valid for 13 days so I have time to think about and choose which aids I prefer. I know the after sales will be great. Simon is professional and sympathetic. Simon and staff are fantastic. Can highly recommend.

Yesterday I walked into the shop very concerned about my ears and some dizziness that I had been experiencing. They fitted me in that morning and showed me such kindness. I saw a lovely audiologist called Louise Bowdery who looked in my ears, gave me a hearing test and some excellent advice. She wrote me a letter to give to my GP which I did and got a quicker appointment with him as a result. I cannot recommend Sound Advice Hearing highly enough. They were brilliant and so helpful and kind. I will definitely use them again.

Service has been excellent both times, and this is a big differentiator. The hearing specialist there is also extremely experienced and the aftercare service is top class.

What Sound Advice has just told me on the phone is totaly different to the reply given on Trust Pilot. I am extremely disapointed about this. When I had my hearing test in September 2026 I was never told by anyone at Sound Advice I had an anual test in August 2025. The Hearing test lady said I had a hearing test in March 2025. There was no confusion over dates. I was not aware at the time my warranty for the hearing aid had run out either, I was told this on the day of my recent hearing test in Sept 2026. I was definately not told prior either by anyone else at Sound Advice. All I was told on the day was I would have to pay for the repair of my broken hearing aid because the warranty had run out. There was no oppology either from Sound Advice not telling me previously. No one before that time at Sound Advice said my warranty had run out even in 2025 I was definatly not told. It appears from the reply from Sound Advice on Trust Pilot they have tried covering up what I actualy said on the phone to them to make things look good on there part. To be honest I have been let dowm and I am very shocked about this. I have definatley made the correct decision to go elsewhere. The other company I have gone with are far more profesional they are truthful and dont tell lies either.

Excellent reception and service, nothing too much trouble, minor problems completed quickly and information on follow up was brilliant.

The welcome, thorough ear exam subsequent and conversations have been excellent. Louise listened carefully to feed-back about hearing aid trails and continued to work hard to come up with the right solution.

First class service from Derrick, Gemma and Lorraine from start to finish. It’s apparent from the beginning that you are dealing with absolute professionals who are intent on getting the very best hearing experience for each individual. Nothing was too much trouble. A definite plus is the trial period - in my case several adjustments and tweaks carried out to ensure the hearing aids operated perfectly for me. There is no hard sell - everything thoroughly explained. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, no waiting and a well a managed appointment to syringe my ears. Video was taken before and after to show they were clear.

How wonderful to encounter an audiologist who understands the challenges of wearing hearing aids. Her adjustments to my aids made everyday life so much more pleasant.

Louise and Suzanne offer excellent customer service. Louise described in detail to my father, why he could hear certain things and not others, which was so informative. I googled the results for hearing services in Norwich and walked in without an appointment. Very professional and would highly recommend. No obligation trial following a thorough hearing test, and cleansing of my ears. Associated issues with the supplied aids (one was faulty) were resolved. Service by both Derrick and Lorraine was very good.
