Only because at the time of purchase your seller promise a lot but doing nothing 😱. I am a regular and loyal customer and spent a lot of money on your products but noticed during last three times I have not been registered properly despite I have been promised and hence when I asking for extra favour they couldn’t find me to proof am regular customer.. I purchased at White City, Brent Cross and Trafford Centre Manchester

Scam
Me and wife bought 2 perfume and they weren’t cheap. We got lured in at Trafford centre by the reps who were really nice people so went into they stand and they sprayed some really nice oud on as so we ended buying the bigger bottles of the version they sprayed on us. Gold dust for my wife and I can’t even remember the name of mine cause that’s how crap it is. The smell doesn’t even last an hour. I have £15 perfume that last a whole day. It’s all a scam. Sample bottles be different to the ones on the shelves. Never again. I even messaged him on his social and he just ignored the message.

Recently purchased some oil based products for me and my wife. Really happy with the products/service from the T centre team. I think it was 'Hammed' who served us.... I was willing to go online to take advantage of the online offers, however the team where kind enough to match the deal.

The perfume is perfect and smells absolutely lovely but what made it 5/5 was the service provided by the staff. One gentleman named saeed gave amazing advice and recommendations on perfumes to buy. Absolutely brilliant!!

Great Experience
I came to Sunnamusk looking to buy a gift for my mother and was delighted not only by the variety of scents offered, but also the customer service by one of the workers (I believe his name was Hammad). He was able to cater exactly to the scent I was aiming to find and provided a warm and friendly service. Will definitely come again.

Amazing customer service
On my visit to sunnamusk, I was conflicted as to what to buy as my signature scent. The array of perfumes and oils was very overwhelming and then came Hammad. From the very start, it felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, finding which scents suited me the best and ensuring I find the perfect fragrance. I highly recommend Hammad's service to anyone seeking an unforgettable fragrance experience.
