Great customer service
Went Trafford centre in the week with no intention of buying any perfume, but whilst walking past I was very kindly greeted by a young man hamad. He gave me some fragrances to smell and offered great customer service. I purchased a bottle and happy to say I have been loving the smell and using it since!

Good service at the Trafford center not…
Good service at the Trafford center not sure of the guy who served me but great salesman. I love the smell as you walk past, it actually made me come back and buy as I now consider myself a fragrance conisuour, and the smell coming from the Trafford center booth is phenomenal, there was no way I could walk past again, not to mention it was 15% off due to Ramadan, how generous of the brand ! I purchased Heaven on Earth, as the smell intrigued me the moment I smelt it! Will be visiting again soon, thank you.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff member who served me yesterday at the Sunnamusk stand at the Trafford Centre Manchester. He was nothing short but excellent and after him introducing me to the brand I bought a bottle of Midnight and Soft Paradise. I have since worn the Midnight fragrance and both my mother and sister love the fragrance so looks like I will be purchasing more. He was such a great ambassador for your brand and very good looking😊

Great service and extremely helpful!
I had a great time smelling some scents today, the team member Alaa was extremely helpful and kind. She was very patient with us when trying a lot of different oil scents and helping us choose. I ended up buying 3 which are amazing, I would recommend!
