Arrived 2 days late

Ranbir,
We apologize you did not receive your order next day. Your order was placed on 4-21 and we shipped it the same day UPS next day air. Unfortunately, there was a sorting error on UPS's end and it was not delivered until 4-23, 2nd day air. We ran a credit today for the difference between next day air and 2nd day air as you did not receive it in 1 day. Again, we apologize it did not get there in 1 day, we did everything on our end to make it happen. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dave at 800-358-4751 x 112. Best Regards.
