Balfe's Bikes - Reigate Reviews 

They are brilliant, I could not recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgable and patient (I had a lot of questions). I bought electric gears and once fitted they spent ages talking me through them. After sales has been brilliant as well. Price wise they are market leading.

I have recently purchased an ebike from Balfe's in Reigate the overall experience was of a helpful and very knowledgeable team. I would use them again.

Good quick service at reasonable price to change over wheels and cassette/disc rotors onto new carbon wheels. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Slight issue with rub on front disc rotor so need to bring in for minor tweak...plays a bit like a one cord guitar at the moment as the wheel goes round.

Very nice people, BUT, their knowledge and process was very unreliable. So go in knowing what you want and always check the info they give you is good. eg
1. One said no discount, another said fine
2. One said a size a large was OK, another said the medium was better and sorted the issue. (that could have ruined my cycling altogether!!)
3. They didn't automatically give me my full refundable deposit back after I spent £3k, I had to remember and ask for it. Very disappointing!!
4. One said I must go all the way back to the shop to get the refund!!, another just refunded it.
5. I spent £3k on a bike with electronic gears and an App, and got no handover. In fact they only just managed to give me a bag of bits to go with it as I was out of the shop.

Anthony was fantastic with excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about products.

Thought I needed my front wheel trueing, but Will in the Workshop id'd that the rim was worn and the wheel needed replacing. Ended up buying a set of Vision Metron 55 rim brake wheels from them, which were on an excellent discounted price, and Will fitted the new wheels for me and ensured everything was set up properly. Throughout the process Will was a true professional, giving me advice about wheels, tyres, inner tubes and brake pads. I was very pleased with the service I received and the end result. Many thanks.

A flawless service from the Reigate store, particularly Simon. I live almost 2 hours away and wouldn't hesitate to take my bike back there for servicing and for any future purchases. Top notch!

Bought a bike from an online retailer and it wasn’t built properly so went to Balfe’s to get it sorted.

Balfe’s in Reigate fixed the various issues with the bike and were really helpful and knowledgable and I would use them again.

I recently had to take my bike into Balfe’s in Reigate for an issue I couldn’t resolve myself that developed on a ride. Despite the workshop being busy, Will was able to take the bike in and resolve the matter which required input from Trek and I had the bike returned the following day.
