Waardeloos!!
15 december 2024 een parfum (EUR290) en skin tint (EUR52) besteld als kerst cadeau. 20 december ontvangen, de doos incl die van de artikelen zijn beschadigd, gelijk contact opgenomen met de klantenservice met foto’s, met verzoek zsm met een oplossing komen zodat ik het alsnog voor kerst cadeau zou kunnen geven… na tig keer opvolgen, 21 januari 2025 is eindelijk een ‘verlossend’ antwoord gekomen, ze willen een 10% korting geven op mijn volgende bestelling, mijn beschadigde bestelling mag ik niet retourneren!!! Mijn redenering dat de bestelling als cadeau besteld was en kan beschadigd niet als cadeau gegeven worden, wordt volledig genegeerd! Zie hun reactie hieronder!

(2) Daarnaast zou ik een premium box ‘cadeau’ krijgen, na het plaatsen van de bestelling was dit alsnog bevestigd, niet ontvangen, nagevraagd, 21 januari 2025 pas geïnformeerd dat de bestelde artikelen niet in aanmerking komen voor deze box. Ondanks dat dit anders bevestigd was via e-mail op 15 december.
