They were very knowledgeable and me and my partner learnt quite a lot whilst we were there about how to improve our sleep, especially in this heat! we tried out the sleep match and found our ideal mattress, they were both so patient, friendly and welcoming, offered us both a drink and engaged with us throughout, we will definitely be visiting again once we have moved into our flat. Thank you both so much! The customer service received is why we don’t shop online, very person centered approach!
