Games came a week earlier than was said games my main xbox games store.

Very good at sorting a delivery problem with out any fuss. A great team at game.

3 out of 4 games I ordered were correct. The other was the correct game but wrong console. Reporting this issue online took much longer than it required as the chat bot could not understand the issue.

my items were packaged in a plastic shipping bag and came severly damaged. i would not have ordered these items if i knew they were going to come in this condition

Didn’t receive my pre order and they don’t know anything about…. Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Collector’s Edition… I will never buy in this store again….

Do not i REPEAT DO..NOT!!!!!buy anything from this horrible crappy company. I bought four games online advertised as new ....got them delivered,one was new,the rest were second hand. Got onto customer support and they are as much help as a chocolate fire guard. Nothing sorted so stuck with second hand games ..boxes they came in damaged and cracked. If i wanted second hand trash I would go to cex...Game is the most disgusting and horrible company needs gone altogether. Administration again to get away with their debts. What an absolute s##thole of a company ...please for the love of God...everyone stop buying from them ...let them be gone!!!!!!!!!

They always follow through with gift cards for consoles usually within 30min which isn't always the fastest way but it always reliable and that's why I keep using Game!

Hard to know when the pokemon card drops, staff won't tell you when they are in stocks. When it is in stocks, there already a long queue outside the store.

Damaged unchecked item delivered to me was upside down in its box the box damaged and item itself broken… why not send it back to us for a refund? Because your £5.99 delivery I paid already and then am expected to pay again to return it ends up as the price of the item!? Absolutely destroyed another business I hate the nob and his business practices.. cost a friend of mine and many others along him their jobs too…

The next day delivery service is great. I love the option to choose my courier too as I have had problems with Evri recently, DPD are really good. I prefer to have a physical copy of a game, rather than a digital download.
