Poor packing disc was sitting round loose in case very poor service

I tried 2 stores, Silverlink & Metrocentre, Both stores had no stock, So I had to pay the Extra £4.99 for delivery.
No way around being charged extra
£20 instore
£24.99 delivered
and using the cheapest and slowest delivery service "EVRI"
Absolute disgrace.

I pre-ordered a copy of Halo: Campaign Evolved and not only did it not arrive on release day as it should (that is the entire point of pre-ordering, no?), but 2 days later and still no sign. Adding insult to injury, Game charged £5 for standard delivery (regardless of the cost of the order) and uses Evri to post the item. According to the Evri tracking, it's just going around in circles between depots now.

What a waste of time, I found an item I really wanted so I went on and bought it even though I have always heard from family and friends that I shouldn’t buy anything there. Listen people! It’s not worth your time. DO NOT even browse for items of your interest, because you won’t get them. I’ve been waiting ages for my parcel to arrive, so when I decided to track my order the courier’s update was that the package was sent back to the sender. I contacted GAME’s customer service which by the way is a complete joke, for them to be of no help. Their answer was I had to wait for the parcel to get to their warehouse and that I would get a refund! How can a company give a solution like this to a customer who WANTS what they purchased. Anyway, I’m just going to have to wait possibly a maximum of 14 days to get my money back.

Great service

Pre-ordering a game means it arrives days after the release date. Might as well not bother and go to a shop or another supplier. Ordered Halo on pre-order, didn't arrive release day or the day after, checking the tracking information and it hasn't even been shipped 2 days after release date

Game ordered and delivered on its release date nice and promptly

Brought a ps5 pro, I got £30 cheaper with Fraser plus & had it delivered to my door next day.

Got the preordered game 2hrs before it goes live so I appreciate the fast next day delivery.

the item which are quite heavy
came in a plastic bag and the bag was ripped and left on my door step to get wet all the items looked like they had been stood on multiple time

just had a reply from there customer services and was told
Generally speaking, the box/case of an item is there to protect the item inside from damage, however, we appreciate how frustrating this can be.
so all the crushed items dont matter

Professional quick, reliable and on time

Pre-ordered game 2 months before release, and dose not come on release day, with spending £5 for delivery, with this is not the only time game has started to go well just bad with delevry with my my last order was wores(about 9 mouths ago), with the game i pre oreded again, not even get shipped just cancelled one week later of trying to get a message to them about it with not getting anyone sending anythingback, with just cassling it one week later no reason sent to me why?

with i try and get games from well game and HMV and Ebuyer and such and not use places like Amazon with not wanting to support them, but stuff like this happning makes it hard to even want to use them, so do not order anything if you think it will come in less than 3 days of coming out, or being orderd, with I will just not use game anymore with it is a shame with having good memrys or being a teen and getting the games with them sending it with Ryal mail with in getting to me the next day, with that was 10 years ago, with now its just sucks, and let it die.

Since GAME was taken over by Sports Direct the service has been an absolute joke. Sports Direct have always been a cheap and useless company, but now GAME has become the same.

I have been going to game for as long as I can remember and unfortunately, now that all the independent GAME stores have closed, I won't be buying from them. Received poorly packed products since the take over and before it was always secure and well packaged.

Really wish you hadn't chosen Evri to diliver my copy of Halo combat evolved. I've just received an email from them stating that I'm unlikely to receive it anytime soon and upto no later than 9pm tomorrow! Having paid £4.95 for delivery I would have expected it to arrive on launch day as promised by yourselves.

Easy to use site and quick delivery

Everything that same in boxes except one item was either damaged or ripped. Can’t understand why you’re going in bust with packing like that.

2nd time order went to wrong address

Bought games in clearance. Most fine but sent me a second hand opened (and scratched) game within them which is not what I bought. £5 to return it and game was £3.

Games came a week earlier than was said games my main xbox games store.
