Walk in to pick up travel docs for safari trip and just happened to ask Ellie did she have any last minute deals?, low and behold we are off to Bulgaria for a week in a couple of weeks.

Jess ensured that I had all the initial information I needed and printed some important paperwork out. She also assisted me with setting up the new Hays app.
Also checked I had currency for the trip and organised that on the same visit.
Taking the trouble to introduce the current special Hays sailings for Hays customers.
I really appreciate the time taken and the extra assistance that Jess took. The Amesbury team always take the extra time with customers to ensure they have all the information. 5 stars plus always, even for a insignificant enquiry, as well as the annual family holiday.

They were really helpful with my booking and explained all the flight connections and alternatives. She really worked hard to get us the best deal and flight details for our booking. Friendly welcome as soon as I entered. Sharon asked pertinent questions about what I was looking for, and made suitable suggestions, plus alternatives. There was no pressure sales at all.
Once my holiday was chosen, Sharon efficiently went through the booking process with me, including any further actions required. I am looking forward to the holiday. I'm sure that I will be back again.

The young lady greeted us with a welcome smile and enthusiasm. She
listened to what we wanted, she searched and gave us choices of various budgets and timings. We felt very comfortable dealing with her, nothing was too much trouble. We were in there nearly three hours booking a hotel, flights, transfers, excursions, money cards and insurance, therefore she worked through lunch time without a murmur of dissatisfaction. Very professional and knowledgeable. The after sale service of the continued admin and booking in sounds amazing. We don’t do this kind of thing very often so knowing everything has been taken care off and we don’t need to worry about anything, has taken away so much stress already, we will definitely go back to book any more adventures that we would be fortunate enough to have. The shop was clean and tidy, the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming. A top rate experience.
