From the moment I got in touch, she listened carefully to what I wanted, gave me brilliant suggestions, and took all the stress out of planning. Everything was seamless – from flights and transfers to hotels and little extras I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

10/10! Charlee was excellent. I’ve used comparison sites for many years having left the travel agent behind a long time ago. Honestly, I’ll be using Charlee going forward and ditching the comparison sites! She delivered exactly what we asked for and super fast! Very impressed, very happy and very excited for our holiday.
