Carrie was very helpful finding us our holiday to New York, she went out her way to find a hotel that was ok for us due to my disabilities and at such a good price too

Researched a number of options to find the best deal financially and suitable flight times etc., Very professional, knowledgeable about the resort, polite and friendly. First time using Hays Travel and would definitely use again.

Quick, easy, helpful and friendly
I have used Hays before but only for currency this is the first time for a holiday. Normally book myself on line but tried a human interface. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the travel agent was very friendly and helpful. First choice sadly not available but second choice secured and paid for.
