Erin was very helpful and got us the exact holiday we wanted.

Erin was brilliant on booking my holiday, she was friendly, helpful and make booking such a easy and pleasant experience, hopefully she still there when I book my next trip.

The holiday package was explained very well by the Hays customer rep and my questions were fully answered. The rep helped me with uploading the Hays app onto my mobile phone which was appreciated. The rep had a very pleasant manner and communicated very well.

Always get a welcome when entering Hays , attended to promptly Erin was very pleasant and chatty, I was offered a drink

This is our 2nd time of booking a holiday with Hays so we knew wed be looked after well. Erin was our guide and she was so patient with us. Nothing too much trouble. She got us the information we needed and contacted us via email and phone. We visited the Crosby branch and she explained everything we needed for our city break.

Booked my 3rd holiday with Nicole this week. As usual I am quite fussy and ask her to try a few hotels and get a few prices for me.
