I can see on your file we emailed your documentation on the date you booked 28/06/2026 at 13:31pm as per our telephone conversation we advised you would receive your vouchers and tickets two weeks prior to travel as this is when the supplier sends them to us. We advised your online check in opens on the 22nd July and we do have a call back in place to get in touch so we can get your passport details.
