Perfect from start to finish on day off…
Perfect from start to finish on day off booking our holiday went in on Saturday flew on Monday everything was done in the shop to make our holiday a smooth and pleasent experience

It was a wonderful experience it was a pleasure not a chore and we will definitely use Hay's again. The service was outstanding.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes as the girls were with someone. The girl who was behind to exchange came out to ask if we would like a drink while we waited as 1 staff was on lunch. We knew which hotel we wanted and roughly when we wanted to go. The young girl who saw to us was great. She got us good flight times and the best date. Highly recommend Hays Travel

From the moment I walked in the store in Leigh I was very impressed with how helpful Hannah and Dawn were in helping me find a suitable holiday. She spent ages showing us different options, and explaining things, answered my ridiculous questions and we booked a holiday.
