The assistant was extremely helpful and showed us lot of options for our holiday. As we are both pensioners she took the time to listen to our concerns and requests. We booked last year with hayes and was told our apartment was a 15 minute walk to the centre of the holiday resort……. It was in fact one hour fifteen minute walk. A big difference.
Thankfully we got a different girl this time and our experience was totally different.

Excellent Sercice and Hassle-free
I have always found the team at Hays Travel in Omagh to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. We've booked with Jack and Louise previously, and this year's summer holiday to Salou was arranged by Melissa.
Before booking, I enquired with another travel agent about the same holiday, but Hays Travel offered us a better price. They also had all of our details from our previous holiday on file, which made the whole booking process quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.
The excellent customer service, competitive prices, and personal touch are why we continue to book with Hays Travel in Omagh. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to book their next holiday.
