An exvellent agent named fern from your rhyl branch was superb in the way she dealt with my travel enquires. It was a pleasant experience for me and she just dealt with everything for me. Completely stress free. I will reccomend. Fern at Hays to all my family and friends.

I was dealt with very quickly and the advisor was very knowledgeable- explaining the booking process and talking me through the different cabin options and where the cabins are on the ship. The advisor said I could come in and book excursions with them before departing and offered me travel insurance as well as ordering currency. All my documentation was presented to me at the time of booking and I felt that the advisor answered all my questions very knowledgeable

On a day trip to Rhyl North Wales I decided to pop in on my own. I'm normally quite nervous and can stutter under pressure. The young lady who helped me was called fern and I really couldn't decide if I wanted to book my holiday or not she was not pushing or trying to convince me she was very professional and I would definitely recommend my friends and family who live in North Wales to visit Hays Travel in real and asked to speak to Fern or any of the other wonderful polite colleagues they have employed definitely recommend

Decide on a last minute break, while in Rhyl popped into Hays travel and we are now going away on Saturday. The staff are always very knowledgeable and friendly would definitely recommend.

I had been struggling for days trying to to book my flight without success I was passing Hays travel and popped in to ask “Do you do flights only. The lady's that worked in the shop in Rhyl were beyond helpful as I am a disabled traveller they made sure everything was in play so I didn't have to worry or have to contact airport or hotels myself like the other company
