After popping in to collect my tickets for this years holiday. I ended up booking a holiday to florida next year, I can’t thank tracey enough for all her help and knowledge. We must of spent a good hour going over everything and getting a good price for it all. When booking a holiday of this magnitude its reassuring to have someone to guide you through and break everything down

I was able to walk in and see an advisor straight away,so no waiting. The advisor (Abbi?) was very pleasant and customer focused and the was able to offer a price match and then process my holiday request very efficiently, and then advised me of next steps and timescales.Overall a great experience once again.

I am running out of superlatives to describe my experiences with Hays Travel. Each and every time I go into the store, I am treated like a VIP and always get excellent advice and walk out with a quality great value holiday. I can’t thank Libby and the whole team enough.

We popped in for confirmation on a cruise and Courtney from the Teeside branch could not have been more helpful. What an amazing staff member, she was so friendly and helpful. Most amazing laugh, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for this!

We finally followed up and booked with her (not her fault I just kept forgetting to ring up) we have our perfect holiday, couldn’t ask for anything more, honestly what a fantastic member of staff you have and we have an amazing holiday to look forward to! Thank you so much!
