Hays Travel - Tyler Tedds Reviews 

We booked an October half-term holiday to California and Hawaii in January, and since then our flights have been changed five separate times.

The latest change has added an extra stop in Seattle on our return journey, meaning we now have two layovers before reaching Heathrow. Hays has given us just 45 minutes in Seattle and 51 minutes in New York to make our connecting flights. I have been told this is only a "minor change," but if I had been informed at the time of booking that the return journey would involve two layovers, I would never have booked this holiday.

Hays' response has consistently been that because the change is less than 12 hours, it does not qualify as a major change. The only alternative offered is a one-stop return flight at an additional cost of more than £3,000, which is completely unreasonable.

Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I continue to receive the same generic responses about the layover times, while the fact that my holiday has been significantly altered is simply being ignored.

I had been considering booking a Maldives holiday with Hays for the Easter half term, but after this experience I will be looking elsewhere. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and unwillingness to acknowledge the impact of these repeated flight changes has completely destroyed my confidence in booking with Hays again.

I saw a holiday advertised on Facebook by Tyler.
I rang Tyler and gave him some ideas we had. A price came back very quickly and it was just what we had asked for with destinations.
We decided to go ahead so rang Tyler back and he booked this special holiday for us.
Very friendly and efficient and saved us going into a shop to book.

Excellent booking experience with Tyler who was expertly knowledgeable about the cruise which we booked. He was able to give us some great insights with regards to life on board as this will be our first cruise.
