Easy to use website. Lovely choice, though I really miss tall trousers that used to be my go-to. Very good quality items - i am still wearing tops from ten years+ and they still look good. More environmentally packaging would be good.

Unfortunately my parcel was returned by the. Courier company and as Landsend has no more stock in my size I was unable to get a replacement, so opted for a refund, which was processed in 3 days.i am a regular customer of Landsend so this will not affect my opinions of a good company.

No complaints about the company, my order was fulfilled quickly and accurately. One star deducted because some time ago I bought a top very like the one I just bought and it fitted perfectly. The new one, which looks very similar and the same size, is a good inch wider which means it's a bit baggy. On this occasion it doesn't matter too much because I bought it for round the house but I don't think it'll be my favourite top like the other one is, which is a bit disappointing.

Slim leg trousers definitely not slim leg!
I purchased a pair of Women's Starfish Mid Rise Slim Leg Elastic Waist Pull On Pants. No way are they slim leg! They were so baggy, I had to return them. Have bought from Lands end before and had been happy with quality/service.
