36+ days for a refund following their error!
After trying to buy a used car which we had test drove and paid our deposit for we were told the following day that it had previously been sold! How can a main dealer sell a car twice?
This took place on the 21st June. We are now 4 weeks on and still have no refund. We raised a formal complaint and have been told it could take 14 days to resolve! WHAT? It’s refund! What do they need to investigate?
We even spoke to the manager at the dealership Sam who was oblivious to our chasing and complaint! They really are unprofessional amateurs! All they are interested in is selling new cars, hitting their targets, making their bonus. All of you who say how nice they are, how easy it was.. yes the cash is flowing into their account! It’s a different matter when it’s coming out of their account. No compassion, no recompense for their blatant failure to manage their own operations properly.
Pathetic customer service / support.
Did you buy a Mini reg MD71 HPX, nice car, it test drove well. I would be fuming if the garage had let others test drive it after I bought it!
Well, let’s see what Monday brings. Small claims court is next!
No delays. Work was started as soon as I got there.
The work took enough time to have a proper breakfast.
Ellie was excellent on the booking in. Also helped out with a quote for another service plan.

Tyre pressure sensor keeps malfunctioning after service. The SOS call warning fault was also not fixed. To add insult to injury, they emailed me a promotion code for a free hotel stay. None of this was mentioned when I booked over the phone so I missed out on that. Hundreds of pounds spent for my car to have more problems than when it went in
Easy going process from start to finish. All questions answered, all issues addressed. Would certainly deal with Vasile and Manesh again.
Dan was excellent and explained every step clearly. Always got back to me when i called. Did a great deal too!

Every thing ok only we discovered we had a faulty screen which had to be replaced. Our salesmen sorted it out for us and was very helpful and apologetic even though it was not his fault
