Personalisation: Image of Face Follow the customisation - skin colour, torso, legs, hair, shoes, accessories and more! For best results, please follow the guidelines below: The image selected should be the high resolution, grainy photos may result in a poor end product Ensure that the image selected is close-up with the entire head/face clearly visible Ensure that the head is 'face on' and not to the side Please ensure you reference the image examples above for a visual example of the type of images that should be used to get the best results for your personalised item! Please note: The better the quality of the image the better the print Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty Q: What kind of photo works best for the Mini Me? Can I use one from my phone? A: For the best results, use a clear, high-quality photo taken in good light. A close-up, front-facing shot of the entire head and face works perfectly. Most modern smartphone photos are great, as long as the image isn't blurry or grainy. Q: How should I wash the Mini Me plushie? A: The plushie has a removable cover that can be washed. To keep the personalised print looking its best, we recommend washing the cover on a gentle cycle with cool water and then letting it air dry. Q: Do I just upload a photo of the face? How do I design the rest of the body? A: Yes, you start by uploading a clear photo of the face you want to use. After that, our on-page designer tool will guide you through customising the rest of your Mini Me, including the outfit, hair, and accessories. Q: Can I return my Mini Me if I change my mind? A: As each Mini Me is uniquely personalised for you, it can only be returned if it arrives with a fault. Please double-check you're happy with your chosen photo and customisations before placing your order. Q: What is the plushie made of? Is it soft and cuddly? A: Absolutely. Each Mini Me is handmade in Yorkshire using premium, cuddly materials and our own special in-house stuffing to make it extra huggable and soft to the touch. Q: How long does it take to receive a personalised item? A: Because each Mini Me is custom-made by hand, it requires extra time for production. Please allow for a few additional days on top of the standard delivery time, especially during busy periods like Christmas. Q: How is the face printed on the plushie? Will it fade or peel off? A: The face is professionally printed onto the fabric for a high-quality, durable finish. Following the recommended washing instructions will help keep your Mini Me's face looking great for years to come.
