Our tent had broken on holiday and James was super helpful choosing the right one for the rest of our holiday, he also helped my husband find some good trek shoes within our budget.

I bought new waterproof over trousers which were great value and both breathable and waterproof. They fitted well and looked good. All the sale staff who helped me were great and the whole experience at the shop was positive.
Thanks also to Sales Rep: 006 who kindly reminded me that I had left the new waterproofs behind as I went to leave the shop!

I visited the Millets in Brighton today and liked it so much I decided to do a review. The store looked great, the staff were nice, especially Steve who was very helpful. They answered all of my questions and I bought a great pair of hiking boots. 10 out of 10!

Great service, Alfie was polite friendly and very helpful. He had very good product knowledge and was able to advise me which of the wide choice of brands would suit me best. I'm very happy with my purchase of Merrell walking boots, light, comfortable and a great fit. Wins all round!

For The Brighton Air St Store, BN1. It's a delayed review as just found the qr code ticket with staff names in a book, sorry. I bought a rain Mac last year there. And needed to write here that the 2 staff members Jara & Jess were absolutely fantastic! The day I needed this jacket, both these members of staff were so helpful despite my conflicted decision making at the time. They had kindness, understanding and great patients. Excellent standard of customer service skills from them. (It's always important to me to write how brilliant people are rather than complain, it's important to do this when/if necessary.) That day Jara & Jess made me feel so happy with service & purchase. They were a great team. Sorry for delay in writing this up...better late than never eh 😉

Damon was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. He and his colleague helped me return a pair of waterproof gloves that were too small at order a new pair to my house from their website. All in all a very smooth experience.

So impressed with Team at Brighton - A special thanks to Connor and Dannie who have expedited an exchange. No question - I have been provided with a new pair of walking boots in double quick time. I couldn't be happier - a really good exoerience.

I was in search of waterproof clothing for my daughter. She’s in that in between stage of growth so it could have been a frustrating shopping trip. Dannie at Millets in Brighton was amazing. He got the brief and helped my daughter with various sizes of clothing; searching through stock out back to find the right fit.
We found the perfect jacket in store. The correct sized trousers weren’t there, but Dannie had them sent to my house with two days…perfect timing! A great team and brilliant service.
