Fabulous product if you don’t want in your face track, on a white background it’s near on invisible and you don’t get any light above which is great for us

Absolutely no customer care..... I've bought loads for my customers and fitted them. You, poles direct, sent the wrong item. You would not admit error and would not help in any way. Disgraceful treatment & attitude towards a loyal customer who's now taken my business elsewhere.

This was a very easy rail to install. I am a 75 year old woman who has always done DIY. Gave up power tools long ago so this time used an old fashioned bradawl (?). No problem. Except this rail was 10 feet long - so take their advice and get help. I ended sticking it in place first with very heavy duty tape. Then carried on. No problems. Also it was delivered sooner than expected, which was a bonus.
