You get a parking ticket first time you visit the gym if you aren't careful
You get a parking ticket, who knew you have to register parking to go to the 24/7 gym. The gym are also a bit rubbish and just make excuses. Cancelled.

I attend Anton’s morning classes regularly and they are consistently excellent. He is always in great form, highly motivated and very creative with his sessions. No two classes feel the same. He makes training enjoyable while still pushing you to improve. I would highly recommend his classes to anyone.

Broken Entrance Door – Urgent Action Required
I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at this gym. The main entrance door is automatic and has been broken for some time, leaving it permanently open. As a result, freezing cold air pours directly into the gym, making the temperature inside uncomfortably low—especially during winter mornings.
This is not a minor inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of comfort and maintenance. Working out in near-cold conditions is unacceptable and frankly disrespectful to members. What makes this worse is that I’ve already raised this issue with staff, yet nothing has been done to fix it.
If the gym is going to charge premium membership fees, it should at least ensure that essential facilities like the main door are functioning properly. Until this is addressed, the experience here falls far below acceptable standards.

PARKING ISSUES
South Ruislip brunch, really lovely, modern equiptment, cleand but on the day on induction, I wasn't told about parking and £100 parking fine has just landed on my door! The parking is free but restricted late evenings 9.30 to early morning 7.30, I only saw free parking for 3 hours and missed the small prints! You enter your car reg within restricted hours at the gym to get "free parking", this MUST be part of the induction, how else should we know this with the big free parking sign and next to nothing stated restriction? £100? Please, note parking at all inductions, that's my one week's shopping bucks!

Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We are sorry to hear that you received a parking fine whilst using the gym. The car park is operated by a third party company in which we do not have any affiliation with. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel such tickets. Information regarding parking is available on the home page of any PureGym which offers parking. The correct parking procedures must be followed, to avoid a parking ticket. We would always advise that you appeal the fine and explain the circumstances. If you get in touch with Member Services, we can also provide you with an appeal document which will be an official letter from PureGym Head Office, stating that you are a member of PureGym and your attendance log for the date in question, will also be provided as proof to show you were in the gym. If your appeal is rejected, we would suggest submitting a case with POPLA. POPLA are an independent appeals process which works with the Ombudsman Service. They investigate whether this fine was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and condition of the car park; whilst reviewing evidence provided in the appeal. On the rejection notice, there should be a 10-digit verification code, and you will then be able to submit an appeal with POPLA via their website: http://www.popla.co.uk/poplaappealprocess. Although we cannot guarantee they will cancel the fine, we do hope for a positive outcome. Thanks, PureGym.
Average experience
New equipment. But seems catered to females, nothing much for men.
New equipment has also taken away space on gym floor, so if jackets aren’t tucked away the PT’s tell you it’s a trip hazard but when they take up a machine with multiple dumbbells and mats it’s not a trip hazard?
Toilets are always dirty and smell, it’s an ok place to train at 4am but after work, forget about it, won’t get on anything.

Unable to use equipment
The gym itself was very good it was very up to date with equipment however I found people were just sitting on the equipment using their phones not allowing anyone else to use it! And nobody seemed to care! So I won’t be using PureGym in the future

Excellent gym with lots of equipment to…
Excellent gym with lots of equipment to choose. My favourite is the free parking spaces which allows you to park upto 3 hours .finally, pure gym staff are welcoming and professional, always there to help.
Highly recommend.

I went to my gym for 9am for the…
I went to my gym for 9am for the induction only to find there was no member of staff and no induction. I looked all over the gym and it definitely failed to be conducted. 0 out of 10.
