Great customer service and excellent follow up service with a few teething problems

Extremely helpful polite staff. Spoke to Minty initially, then called back following day and spoke to Charlie also at your Brighton store. Charlie was also extremely helpful, informative and easily price matched after I’d made the purchase then found it cheaper with a competitor. No hard selling or trying to pressure the customer which is incredibly refreshing. Charlie listened and understood what was wanted. Purchased from your Glasgow branch many years ago & also had a very positive experience. Extremely grateful you use a reliable and competent delivery company too who kept me informed of when to expect delivery, giving a more accurate estimate as the delivery became nearer. Highly recommend for amazing staff, especially Charlie at your Brighton store, & competitive pricing.

Really helpful staff who patiently answered all my questions on the phone. In store they were just as helpful, this meant that I could try on headphones to get the correct fit and with their expert advice I bought the perfect pair. The price was excellent, and I will be happy to shop there again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team. We were looking at a cheaper turntable but after we asked to look at the one we wanted we decided to get a better one. The guy was very helpful and explained the differences without being pushy

The team were very helpful, was able to listen to the sound of the record player and speakers before purchasing, then they bought it all out to my car after purchasing. Wouldn’t get that service at Currys. Great to deal with.

Professional service

I've bought HiFi from Richer Sounds for years. Can't recall how long ago I started, but maybe that's due to my advanced age. It was probably sometime in the 1980s.
Anyway, to go with my Sennheiser Ambeo Max Soundbar [which I bought from them over 6 years ago], I've upgraded my Sony A1 OLED TV to a Sony Bravia 8ii, courtesy of Richer Sounds, Brighton.
I was served by Minty, who was able to get me an additional £75 discount, despite my having missed the Easter promotions. The TV was delivered by BJS (who were excellent) two days later and sits in my family room awaiting help from our friends to unpack and install it. Hopefully, it will all work fine [I've bought Sony TVs since the 1980s, so they have a good track record, for me].
The key point about Richer Sounds is their excellent customer service and their guarantees, which are better than anyone else because they always offer an additional year - making 6 years in total.
So, buy with confidence from Richer Sounds, because they offer great kit at great prices.

Despite two tvs being delivered broken (one smashed screen and one flickering) i can say with confidence that they went above and beyond to sort out my problems and even sort me an upgrade for all the mess

RICHER SOUNDS ISNT THE COMPANY IT WAS -THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Brighton store knowing sold me a faulty cheap television that was obviously an ex display model.
I wanted it exchanged and the rude cowboy delivery firm just dumped the box and purposely left the main front entrance to my apartment wide open for anyone to walk in.
The lying unorganised rude staff at the Brighton branch then over charged me £75 for 7 day delivery. They claim to beat other retailers but Amazon offer cheaper brand new model with free delivery. I had to pay for fitting it twice as their delivery company lied about the delivery time slot.
I’d been a loyal customer for over 30 years buying countless products from their London branches. I bought from the Brighton branch before and there wasn’t any issues. New staff attitude absolutely stinks and left a bad Tate in my mouth.
I was going to buy two 100” tv’s for my offices but after this I think I’ll stick to dealing with professional retails who respect their paying customers.

I always use Richer Sounds not only for the professional and friendly staff but for the 6 year warranty.
My wife picked up the TV and it was brought to her car.
They are also very competitive with their prices.

Brilliant company. Based on past experience I would not go to anyone else for TV’s as the quality of service and warranty cover is unbeatable. Process spot on and staff are great to deal with.
