It was easy to sort out what to buy on the Richer Sounds website before phoning up to order. The staff I spoke to were helpful though it did take several calls and a few days to finalise the purchase. This was due to my 'non-standard' location which those of us who live on islands always find a tad irritating. We are well connected via Royal Mail and all known couriers! Anyway the TV arrived today in good order and I am part way through getting it connected. Looks good so far.

Ordering was easy and expected delivery dates were kept to.

I have always received excellent service from Richer Sound and great prices so i was keen to buy my new TV and soundbar from them. Called the local store number via the internet and placed my order. TV and soundbar delivered free of charge in two days. Price was very competitive. Highly recommend this company.

Well, it's NEVER GOOD to replace a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Px8 (they somehow fell out of car [no, I wasn't driving]. Clearly, replacing them was impossible for me - something cheaper had to suffice! I bought a pair of N9 by AKG. They're okay, but not as good as the Px8's. Beggars can't be choosers, they say..........
but RICHER SOUNDS are A one in my book!

We started looking for a new TV in the Bromley branch. Good service from Paul but the branch just isn’t big enough to demonstrate our particular interest in the quality of sound. Went to Croydon branch and was served by their manager, Richard. Very knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions and to show us different sound quality of various models.

Answered telephone enquiry promptly.
Good price for item I wanted.
Ready for collection next day as required.

Good products at reasonable prices.....there was quite a delay on the delivery, but not the fault of Richer Sounds....purely a manufacturer supply issue.
I was in no hurry, so it didn't affect me.
Always find the staff if I call the shop or go in (Croydon mostly) to be helpful and pleasant.
