Fantastic service and advice.

Price was competitive, communication regarding my order was excellent. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had previously bought a refurbished receiver that didn’t work and caused me a lot of problems. The receiver from R/S did exactly what I was promised, delivering 7.1 Dolby and supporting other devices. When I had questions, they were answered punctually and in a manner that I understood. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Purchased a turntable in the clearance sale. Got a good deal for a nice turntable. Turntable came within two days and was easy to set up and start playing my vinyl. Dealt with Josh who was quick to answer my queries and made the purchasing process very easy

I have used Richer Sounds for over 40 years, I have visited our Plymouth branch also made purchases on line, and never had anything to complain about.
Thanks to Richer Sounds I successfully upgraded my entertainment systems over the years with the upmost care and consideration a company could give.
I still remember my first visit buying a sound system for my first house, a sat in a room within the shop of our Plymouth branch and felt like royalty trying different systems to suit my needs.
And nothing has changed.

Jay and Josh were very supportive and understand my needs. After two demo sessions ended up with Onkyo a50 and Dali opticon 6mk2. They're great! The best money spent in my life.

VIP experience is fantastic, being able to collect my new TV and Soundbar whilst the shop is closed to the general public is a nice touch.

Excellent customer service from Jamie at the Plymouth branch. Excellent knowledge on tv’s and made my experience there great. Purchased a tcl tv and I am over the moon with it. Will definitely be purchasing more items from there and would highly recommended them to family and friends

The best customer service ever. Jamie answered emails (all 30 of them) in minutes, even on the weekend. Sorted any questions, and arranged for free collection (and redelivery) when a problem arose. They even gave me another 10% off, as a sale began while I was waiting for the repair. Brilliant!

Arranged a time for a demonstration of a high fi. The listening room was set up with the items which I wanted to hear. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and were able to supply what I required from stock. A very pleasant experience
